The AI-Bot Attendant can display links to other pages of your website or external ones—like products, YouTube videos, or articles with relevant info. By adding links and their descriptions in the config, the AI decides when to show them, based on the conversation flow, to guide the customer to useful or interesting content.
Additionally, if you select "request contact information" in the additional settings, the bot can show a contact form whenever it deems it appropriate for the customer to speak with a human team member. You can tweak this lead-generation capability through instructions, making the bot more proactive or discreet depending on your goals.
From the Control Panel, you can customize the bot’s format and look. Define its size and choose whether to embed it directly into your page content or display it in a side tab.

The Bot Attendant can work in your physical store via a tablet placed on a stylish stand. The bot stays idle, showing a "Play" button on screen. When a customer taps the button, the bot greets them with your configured welcome phrase, for example:
"Hello, I’m a virtual robot powered by AI, here to help you find what you need. How can I help you today?"
After greeting, the "Play" button turns into a microphone icon, letting the customer talk to the bot. If they stop interacting, after a set inactivity time, the bot says something like:
"I see you might not need anything else. If I don’t hear anything more, I’ll reset myself."
It waits a bit and then resets, showing the "Play" button again for the next customer. This cycle ensures each shopper gets a personal experience and the bot stays ready for new interactions.
This is ideal for highlighting specific store items—for instance, placing the tablet by a board game section in a toy store, so the bot can guide customers to the perfect game based on their preferences.
