Protect your business with our advanced security measures. The Bot Restaurant Attendant offers configurable options to ensure that orders come only from customers within the restaurant:
- Geolocation: Ensures that the user is within a 50-meter radius of the restaurant before interacting with the bot.
- Access Codes: Allows generating usage access codes, configurable in terms of duration and number of uses.
- WiFi Connection: Requires the user to connect to the restaurant's network, ensuring they are within the establishment.
It is possible to select one or more of these options for greater versatility. If geolocation fails or the customer does not grant permissions, the system will offer alternatives to ensure a smooth and secure experience.
The Bot Restaurant Attendant is your virtual waiter that interacts directly with your customers at the table. Diners don't need to download any app: they simply scan the QR code on their table and start talking to the bot, who will answer questions about the dishes, make recommendations, and take their orders quickly and accurately.

In the Dashboard, you can efficiently manage your bots. On one side of the screen, you will find a list of your bots, each with its name and table number, and a series of buttons that allow you to:
- Activate and Deactivate Bots: Easily control which bots are operational.
- Delete Bots: Manage and organize your bots by deleting those you no longer need.
- Run Bots: Put your bots into operation when required.
- Download their QRs: Get the QR codes of your bots so customers can access them.
- Edit Settings: Customize the settings of each bot or the entire group of tables.
- View Reports and Transcripts: Access the conversations and results generated by your bots.
- Show Table Management Panel: Access the associated panel to manage the orders from your tables.
In the Table Management Panel, you'll find an intuitive interface to control your customers' orders. For each table, you will see an information box displaying the different orders the bot wants to send to the kitchen:
- Order View: See all the orders that customers have made from their tables.
- Color Coding: Orders are highlighted in red if they have been unattended for a (configurable) time, allowing you to prioritize the most urgent ones.
- Mark as Sent: Once an order has been attended to, you can mark it as sent, hiding its content to focus on pending ones.
- Close Table: When the service is finished, you can reset the bot to serve new customers at that table.
- Integration with Your System: We offer the option to use the panel included in our software or to budget for a connection with the restaurant's system, so that orders from the bots are sent to the same system as if made by a human team member.
