If you do not provide your OpenAI API key, each credit equals one minute of voice. If you do provide your API key, each credit equals two minutes of voice.

"Init" Plan

Ideal for getting started and for users with occasional interaction needs:

• Very low initial cost of just €1 per month.
• Allows simultaneous use of 2 bots.
• Includes 30 credits per month, equivalent to 30 minutes of voice without your OpenAI API key or 60 minutes if you provide it.
• If you need more credits, they are added automatically: €1 for every 15 additional credits (15 minutes without API key or 30 minutes with API key).
• You will receive email notifications when you are close to your credit limit.

"Basic" Plan

For small businesses or regular users who require more interaction time:

• Monthly fee of €9.
• Allows simultaneous use of up to 5 bots.
• 200 credits per month (200 min voice without API key or 400 min with API key).
• Additional cost of €1 for every 15 extra credits, equivalent to 15 minutes without API key or 30 minutes with API key.

"Starter" Plan

Designed for startups and growing businesses:

• €39 per month for a more robust service.
• Allows simultaneous use of up to 10 bots.
• Includes 1000 credits (1000 min voice without API key or 2000 min with API key) each month.

Benefits of using your own OpenAI account

When using your own OpenAI account, each credit becomes two minutes of voice instead of one. Additionally, GPT-4o-mini and Whisper model consumption is charged directly to your OpenAI account, where costs are typically lower than our additional rates. This translates to greater efficiency and savings for you.

Also, using your own OpenAI account reduces the possibility of latency caused by saturation on our shared API key. This ensures more stable and scalable performance for your bots.

What is an API key and how to get one?

An API key is a unique key that allows you to access OpenAI services. Getting one is very simple:

• Visit the OpenAI website and create an account.
• Once registered, generate your API key from the OpenAI control panel.
• That's it! Now you can use this API key in our system to double your conversation minutes and improve your bots' performance.

Measurement of conversation times

The mentioned conversation times refer exclusively to the accumulated duration of audio exchanged between the user and the bot. Only the seconds of audio sent and received are counted, not the total time the conversation is open. For example, if after thinking for 15 seconds you send a 5-second voice command, and then receive a 5-second voice response, 10 seconds are added to your total consumption.
