• Extra costs are charged automatically, allowing a pay-as-you-go model.
• Email notifications when you are close to reaching your monthly time limit.

"Basic" Plan

For small businesses or regular users who require more interaction time:

• A monthly fee of €9.
• Allows simultaneous use of up to 5 bots.
• 400 minutes included each month using your OpenAI account (or 200 minutes if you use our technology).
• Additional cost of €1 for every extra 30 minutes (or €1 for every 15 minutes if you use our technology).

"Starter" Plan

Designed for startups and growing businesses:

• €39 per month for a more robust service.
• Allows simultaneous use of up to 10 bots.
• 2000 minutes of conversation per month using your OpenAI account (or 1000 minutes if you use our technology).

• Allows simultaneous use of up to 20 bots.
• Allows recording of video conversations (with the user's permission) and makes those recordings available in the control panel.
• 6000 minutes of interaction included when using your OpenAI account (or 3000 minutes if you use our technology).
• Time extensions at €1 for every additional 30 minutes (or €1 for every 15 minutes if you use our technology).
• The option to remove the AI-BotYou logo on the bots, although in that case you cannot add a custom logo or another image in its place.

"Professional" Plan

The ultimate solution for large organizations and intensive demands:

• €299 per month for maximum performance and capacity.
• Allows simultaneous use of up to 40 bots for intensive professional uses.
• Allows video recording of conversations (with the user's permission) and provides access to those recordings in the control panel.
• 20,000 minutes of conversation each month when using your OpenAI account (or 10,000 minutes if you use our technology).
• Additional cost of €1 for every 30 minutes of extra use (or €1 for every 15 minutes if you use our technology).
• Premium options such as custom avatars or full branding customization, including the possibility of removing the AI-BotYou logo. Note that you cannot add another logo or image in its place if you remove ours.

Benefits of using your own OpenAI account

By using your own OpenAI account, you can get double the minutes in each of our plans. Additionally, the usage of GPT-4o-mini and Whisper models will be charged directly to your OpenAI account, where costs are typically much lower than our additional rates. This translates into greater efficiency and savings for you.

Also, using your own OpenAI account reduces the likelihood of latencies caused by saturation on our shared API key. This ensures more stable and scalable performance for your bots, without other clients' usage affecting your experience.

What is an API key and how to get one?

An API key is a unique key that allows you to access OpenAI services. Getting one is very simple:

• Visit the OpenAI website and create an account.
• Once registered, generate your API key from OpenAI's control panel.
• That's it! You can now use this API key in our system to get more conversation minutes and improve your bots' performance.

Measurement of conversation times

The mentioned conversation times refer exclusively to the accumulated length of the audio exchanged during bot interactions. This means that only the seconds of audio you send and the bot's audio responses are counted, not the total time the conversation is open. For example, if you take 15 seconds to think, then send a 5-second voice command, and after some response generation time the bot replies with a 5-second audio, 10 seconds will be added to your total conversation time. This methodology ensures that you only pay for actual interaction time, optimizing resource usage and giving you greater control over Ai-Bot YOU's services.
