By accessing and using Ai-BotYou (hereinafter, "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Changes to the Terms

Ai-BotYou reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for changes.

3. Use of the Service

Ai-BotYou provides an automated interaction service through bots powered by artificial intelligence. Misuse, illegal use, or any use contrary to the platform's regulations may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and functionalities of Ai-BotYou are the property of AI Help You SL or are used with due authorization, and they are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Conversation Storage and Data Protection

By using Ai-BotYou, interactions with the bots will be transcribed, stored, and, where applicable, sent to the interested parties. These transcriptions allow:

  • The bot creator to access the conversation and a report automatically generated by the AI.
  • The interlocutor to receive the transcript by email (in applicable cases).

The use of Ai-BotYou implies your consent for these conversations to be stored and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and current data protection legislation.

End-users can interact with the bots at no cost, according to the conditions defined by the bot creator. It is the bot creator's responsibility to ensure that payments are up to date to avoid service interruptions.

6. Beta Service Status

Ai-BotYou is currently in an open beta phase. Although we have conducted extensive testing to ensure its proper functioning, errors or issues may still occur. If you detect any problem, we would appreciate you notifying us so we can proceed with its immediate correction.

7. Payment Obligations and Service Termination

The use of Ai-BotYou as a bot creator is subject to compliance with payment obligations according to the prices and conditions specified on our Pricing page.

  • For bot creators: Creators must maintain a valid subscription for their bots to operate. In case of non-payment, AI Help You SL reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the service and/or the functionality of the bots.
  • For end-users: No payment or subscription is required to interact with the bots, unless the bot creator has configured it to be charged to the recipient, in which case the user will be charged after prior notice of this circumstance before the interaction begins.

8. Use of AI Models and Information Verification

Ai-BotYou's bots use the most advanced artificial intelligence models available to provide accurate and relevant responses. However, as they are automated systems, they may make errors or misinterpret certain questions or data.

Responsibility of the bot creator and the end-user: We recommend verifying any information provided by the bots before making important decisions based on it.

Specific mention of the Ai-Bot Interviewer: This bot is designed to assess the knowledge and skills of job candidates through conversational interactions. Although the bot generates useful reports and transcripts, it is essential that these results are reviewed by a person to ensure that the automated evaluator's conclusions are aligned with the evaluation's objectives.

  • The reports generated by the Ai-Bot Interviewer should be considered as a support tool and not as a definitive or exclusive evaluation.
  • Human supervision is necessary to make fair and well-informed decisions.

By using Ai-BotYou, you accept that the results generated by the bots are auxiliary and must be supplemented with human evaluation, especially in cases where decisions may have a significant impact.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Help You SL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service, including those related to errors in this beta phase.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
