Customers don't need to download an app: they simply scan the QR code available in your store or on your products, advertisements, or catalogs, and start talking to the bot, who will answer questions about products, make recommendations, and provide detailed information quickly and accurately.

We offer a tablet and QR code stand so your customers can interact with the Bot Attendant directly in your store. This kit includes a floor stand for the tablet (tablet not included) and an additional sign holder for an A4 (or A3) sign with a QR code, making it easy for customers to access the bot. The kit costs €400, but we offer a 50% discount for customers with Business or Professional plans.

The Bot Attendant can be integrated into your physical store with a tablet placed in a stylish stand. The bot remains idle, showing a "Play" button on the screen. When a customer approaches and presses the button, the bot initiates interaction with the welcome phrase you've set, for example:
"Hello, I’m an AI-powered virtual assistant here to help you find the product you're looking for. How can I assist you today?"
After the greeting, the "Play" button changes to a microphone icon, allowing the customer to talk to the bot. If the customer stops interacting, after a configurable inactivity period, the bot will say something like:
"I see you no longer need assistance. If I don’t hear anything else, I’ll reset my system."
The bot then waits briefly before resetting, displaying the "Play" button again for the next customer. This cycle ensures each customer has a personalized experience and that the bot is always ready to assist.
This system is ideal for highlighting specific products in your store. For example, you could place the tablet near a board game section in a toy store, and the bot will help customers find the perfect game based on their preferences.
In the Control Panel, you can manage your bots efficiently. On one side of the screen, you'll find a list of your bots, each with its name and location, along with a series of buttons that allow you to:
- Activate and Deactivate Bots: Easily control which bots are operational.
- Delete Bots: Manage and organize your bots by deleting those you no longer need.
- Execute Bots: Start your bots whenever you need them.
- Download their QRs: Get the QR codes of your bots for customer access.
- Edit Settings: Customize the settings of each bot or the entire group.
- View Reports and Transcripts: Access the conversations and results generated by your bots.

By registering on our website, you can use the Free plan, which allows you to create test bots and use them for up to 5 minutes in total. Bot consumption minutes include only the time they are listening or playing audio. Waiting times, or when you or the bot are thinking of responses, do not count in the consumption.
*Additional consumed time that exceeds the included minutes in the plans costs: €1 for every 15 minutes if you do not use your OpenAI account, and €1 for every 30 minutes if you use your OpenAI account.
IMPORTANT: You should keep in mind that bot consumption minutes include only the time they are listening or playing audio. Waiting times, or when you or the bot are thinking of responses, do not count in consumption.
If you choose to use your OpenAI account instead of ours, OpenAI consumption will be charged to your account, but you will get double the minutes in our plans. OpenAI consumption costs are always much lower than the minute costs when using your account, and this also ensures that your bots' performance is not affected by other clients' usage.
